Welcome to The 5Fs Network. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products and services offered through The 5Fs Network.

By accessing our website, placing an order, registering for an event, or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

We make every effort to accurately display and describe our products, including colors, dimensions, materials, and other product details. Actual colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, and the nature of the product.

All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct errors, or cancel an order when necessary.

By submitting an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order due to suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or product errors, inventory availability, or other legitimate business reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order that we cancel, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Orders are generally processed within three (3) business days.

The 5Fs Network currently ships within the United States only.

Qualifying merchandise orders of $100 or more receive free standard shipping.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers must request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving an eligible item.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition and meet the return requirements provided by The 5Fs Network.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is necessary because of an error by The 5Fs Network or an eligible product issue attributable to us.

Certain products, services, event registrations, travel-related purchases, personalized items, or items specifically identified as final sale may not be eligible for return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an eligible item is returned and the return is approved, the customer may place a new order for the desired item.

Approved refunds are generally processed within five (5) to seven (7) business days after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

The time required for the refund to appear in a customer’s account may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

Events, experiences, group activities, and travel-related offerings may have additional terms, deadlines, cancellation requirements, refund conditions, eligibility requirements, or third-party provider terms.

When additional terms are provided for a particular event, experience, or travel offering, those specific terms will apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

The 5Fs Network name, branding, logos, original photographs, graphics, written content, designs, slogans, and other original website content are owned by or licensed to The 5Fs Network and may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or commercially used without authorization.

You agree not to misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or violate the rights of The 5Fs Network or others.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, and other service providers. Those third parties may have their own terms and privacy practices.
